To do the best we can to fight the loss of human rights at the hands of Globalists who are pushing only their economic agenda without providing for social, political, and environmental issues.

Think about your question. Employment rights include vacations, holidays, manners of discipline, protection against discrimination, proper treatment regarding supervision and the ability to redress concerns. An employer wants a responsible worker. The responsibilities define what an employer wants in an employee and in many cases actually defines the job itself. How about this, you work at an assembly plant. One responsibility is to clean up your work area before leaving for the day. Most likely another shift is replacing yours. No one wants to clean up your mess and it is a safety issue as well. Your question actually answers itself. If you have no responsibilities then you don't have a job. If you have no rights then you are being used as slave labor.
