how do film makers film the images in the mirror and not getting the image of the camera too?

for example when we watch a movie and the actress of the movie is looking in the mirror at the image at herself but shouldn't the image of the camera appear in the mirror too? how did they do that?

1), they use a twin double. example...Terminator 2 used Linda Hamilton's twin sister to mime exactly her actions for an upclose mirror shot.

2), they paint it out using after effects software.

3), they shoot with a long telephoto zoom so that the camera is so far and out of focus.

yeah they have to find an angle at which to film. if they were filming straight on, they'd be in it, but there are many angles from which to shoot from and still not be seen
