The SPCA will also have a website with all this sort of info.  Usually under "low cost spay and neuter"
Your local animal control will have info too.

There are many places that provide discount and even free spay and neutering.. Your local Animal Shelter, Humane Society, SPCA, Animal Friends, try calling around to local Vets and ask them about any programs they may know of..Good Luck A spayed or Neutered Pets is a Happy Healthy Pet..
