1-800-626-1828 will put you in contact BTE torque converters. Sorry I can't find my numbers for B&M transmissions, but these two work pretty close with each other. 1-800-555-1212 is 1-800 number information,

You would probably have better luck poking around a automotive salvage yard that specializes in foreign cars as some foreign cars came with mid-engine setups.

Try looking at some Toyota MR2 trannies. They're pretty cheap, and easy to work with.
