What can you tell me about Civil Rights, any laws, policies or

programs that government has instituted to ensure that there would be no

discrimination between Blacks and Whites?

    too many organizations have too much discrimination built into them ....

    what other country has a black caucus, black focused magazines, television shows, music channel? AOL has AOL Black Voices? What about the United ***** College Fund?

    If you ask me, too many people are caught up on labeling.
