how do u figure out calories to carbs or lbs.on a treadmill, plzzz help?
i have been burning atleast 300 calories a day on the treadmill, but it doesent show mw how much lbs. i have lost, or carbs

3500 calories = 1 lb of bodyweight. What you're burning, can't be measured in carbs. Its a simple equation, of intake/output.
You'll have to total your overall caloric intake vs. daily caloric burn, to see how much you'll ultimately lose.
*Do remember, that your body is still burning calories after you get done exercising. Always factor in a buffer into your totals.

I do know that 3500 calories equals one pound. So if you take in 3500 calories and not exercise, you will gain a pound. Hope this helps.

No treadmill does that! Get a scale.
