What is the max amount of child support that can be taken from V.A Comp?

Normal amount is 25% of what you make. That`s what I run into and what Child Support Inforcement requires.

That depends on your state. The general rule of thumb is 20% for the first child, 25% for two children and it goes up in increments thereafter. Income is income and unless you can demonstrate it to the judge you need that money than she does (read this as next to impossible) then your income is simply income subject to all of the leans that a family practic lawyer can levy on you.
