Your question isn't particularly clear but I think you want to record and need an inside contact.

You can work your career legitmately (if the above interpretation is correct about your desire) by recording with download.com and using your user stats to impress someone "inside".

Then again, you may learn that no one likes your stuff.

There are lots. Narrow your genre.

Most of those a for every genre, but if your a band jsut staring, you need a decent label that does your genre, otherewise word will never get out.
