Dark circles under eyes?
My skin under my eyes is slightly darker than the rest of my face. I have been like this since I was 2 years old when my mom said they first started to form. She has pictures of me at 2 years old and you can definately see it. I suffer from Asthma and have terrible allergies and take allergy injections weekly. Is there anything I can do to fade the dark circles under my eyes that is safe.

I have the same problem because of my heritage.
There isn't much you can do if its from your allergies but eye creams with lightner in them do help a bit. As you are probably aware, it makes it worse if you are tired so try and get alot of sleep and if your eyes get puffy, try a eye cream that reduces puffiness.
There is also yellow based concealer you can use under foundation that conceals the darkness
