Stay away from any of that JIT nonsense. It sounds good in the big meetings, that you're never invited to, but rarely works on the floor. It's just a polite way to lord over you.

I worked for a staffing place before and I got paid prety good even though they took 3.00/hr for every hour that i worked. I still made 10.00/hr that I took home
