Is the Solar Auto Vent Fan effective?

Question

This is the one you place at your car window, that lowers the heat inside while it is parked. I don't want to purchase it at online stores. Do you know of any stores? Thank you.

No... that is a product for suckers. We bought one here at work for a bet and it made a 4 degree difference. then we tested it against a car with the windows cracked and the car without it (and the windows cracked) was 10 degrees cooler!!! Don't waste your money. Crack your windows instead!

no i seen it get tested there is only a 2 deg diff between the car that had it and the one that didn't have it
