It's impossible to answer without knowing what kind of Chrysler you're driving. Engine size doesn't mean anything without knowing the weight of the car and how wind-resistant it is.
If you want to test your mileage, fill your tank and reset your trip indicator. The next time you go to the gas station, fill it up COMPLETELY again. Divide miles by gallons, and you'll get your MPG. Do this several times to get a realistic estimate of your mileage based on your driving style and climate (hills, flat, running air conditioning, windows open, etc.).

That depends on so many factors. How hard you accelerate, what gear you're in, the temperature of the engine, whether the road is going uphill or downhill, what cubic capacity your engine is.....
PS why do Americans call fuel "gas" when it's obviously a liquid?
