Is is possible to apply to US universities(GRE) having one live ATKT?

I am from Mumbai University.I have one live KT from sem 5. I am in sem 7 right now and need to apply to US universites before Deadline usually by the End of 2006.To apply for Fall 2007 is it possbile to apply with this live KT or I have to clear the subject first and then only I can apply?

You can apply at anytime. Later on they will probably require proof that you passed the courses you are currently enrolled in.
