how to go into the chatroom in version 8 yahoo messenger ?

the problem is tha in version 8 there are no CHAT ICON....

To enter Chat:

-Click the Chat icon in the Messenger window or select the Messenger menu and select Yahoo! Chat Rooms.

-Select an Alias that you would like to enter the room as.

-Select a Category on the left and a Room on the right. You have a choice between a room created by Yahoo! (Yahoo! Rooms) or a room created by members (User Rooms).

-Double click the room that you would like to enter.

A Chat window will pop up with your ID on the right side of the screen. You will also see a list of all the people that are currently in the room.

messenger has been down for days. i can't get on either, this really sucks.
