Any information on Gary Cockrell dancer, actor choreographer lives somewhere in the USA?

Lived in London Uk in the sixties and seventies. Started the Dance Centre in Covent Garden then it was turned into 'The Santuary" a health club for ladies only. eft the Uk then went to St Lucia West Indies then back to USA. Came to London with West Side Story, a musical as a dancer.
