I need to lose a lot of weight pretty fast. Any ideas?

I'm at the point were my weight is not healthy and I really want to look good. My boyfriend is coming to visit me and I need to look good. I'm willing to do almost anything to lose weight. I'm eating a lot less and only drinking water. I am also exercising as much as I can but it's just not working good enough. Please help.

    Below is my homemade diet. I lost 80 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle in 5.5 months by doing this.

    Do not make a high goal, first of all. It's a health risk to lose more than 3 pounds a week. Besides, that much in a week would probably be water weight, which comes right back.

    Try taking a walk for 30 minutes a day, adding 10 minutes each week. Once you get up to an hour long walk, start biking or running for 20 minutes a day, adding on minutes once again. By the time you are biking for an hour a day, just keep at it and you'll keep losing.

    Remember to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST. Eating Breakfast will reduce your hunger and increase your energy throughtout the day. You should have a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner. Or you can have multiple small meals throughout the day. Avoid snacking at night, and when you really want junk food, eat a half serving and substitute the other half with a fruit or veggie. Make sure you drink water too, it's helpful in losing weight faster. Be sure to lay off's high in cals.

    first off u cannot lose alot of weight in a short amount of time

    if u are eating a lot less u are depriving your body from the nutrients it needs...and some of those nutrients are vital to work your metabolism which is breaking down ur food. water is very good but u only need 8 glasses a day and more when u exercise. with u not eating enough and exercising more than enough u could hurt urself in the end. u should take it slow. the exercise shouldnt be more than an hour a day. u should eat 3 square meals a day and 3 snacks a day. the snacks have to be healthy like apples and peanut butter or rice cakes. the meals have to be low in fat. cut off from high fat foods and fast food. if u start off so fast and dont work ur way into a dieting regimen u could be paying for it in the end. remember the more u do the harder ur heart has to work. u should always talk over any dietary regimen with a doctor if u think it is too severe. once again dont rush into this.

    I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

    I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

    It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

    Starving yourself is not the answere. You end up eating more later on or binge eating which is very unhealthy and actually makes you gain even more weight. Another problem you are facing by losing the weight to fast is lose of muscle. You will have flab and not tone if you lose weight to quickly. You need to continue the water, eat high protien foods, take a vitamin supliment, and exercise. You can start off with somet

    You should love quick way to lose weight on this site. You said "anything." It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease.     You want to lose it in a healthy manner. If you lose it too soon, the chances are you will gain it back with interest. There is no safe magic pill. Keep doning what you are doing. You have to eat but continue to eat less. Drink lots of water. Do some form of aerobics and the real fat burner is......lift weights. Good luck.

    Go dancing a couple nights a week, or dance at home, I went from a size 8 after having a child to a double zero in 3 months just from dancing. Good Luck

    well you doing the best you can and that's the best way to lose weight but you shouldn't worry about what your bf thinks about the way you look if anything he should love you for who you are and not what you look just stick with you diet there is hardly any other way to lose weight fast.
