    You didn't say how tall you are. But good old fashioned diet and exercise is best. Cut out the junk food, eat healthy and do sit-ups.

    i'm also 13 years previous and that i weigh about one hundred fifty kilos. in spite of the actual incontrovertible truth that, my wrist is about 5 inches round and that i'm 6 ft tall. i do not fairly favor to weigh myself because my legs are virtually all muscle, so it i imagine that it would not remember how a lot you weigh, purely see you later as you're healthly and prefer the way you look. :)
