Disc cache size is the amount of hardisk your computer shifts memory to when it doesn't want RAM to handle it ,(keeps active memory on hardisk). You don't need to increase it because Windows varies it by demand. You can fix it in place so the CPU uses less energy constantly changing its size, but it's not really worth it. Physical memory is the ram, you can add to it by buying more and installing it or you can make more available by tweaking your system to load fewer programs at startup.
