You can't find any theories in the Internet???

There are 7 "schools of thought"

(in chronological order from oldest to most recent according to my history of modern psych text book (2006)

    1) structuralism

    2) functionalism

    3) applied psychology

    4) behaviorism

    5) gestalt psych

    6) psychoanalysis

    7) cognitive psych

Within these individuals "schools" are countless theorists who EACH develop their own theories. Pick an area you like and google the name associated with the area to get descriptions of their individual theories.

Trait theory is an approach to personality theory in psychology.

The emotions, thoughts and behaviour patterns that a person has are typically referred to as a personality (Kassin, 2003) and can vary immensely between individuals. In making the area amenable to scientific enquiry some, using the statistical technique of factor analysis, have hypothesized that the personality contains prominent aspects that are stable across situations called traits. In particular, Eysenck (1967,1991) has suggested that personality is reducible to three major traits (3F) whilst others (e.g. McCrae and Costa, 1987) have suggested there are five (5F). There are other proponents who suggest there are more factors than this (e.g. Saucier and Goldberg, 1998).

The 3F model is comprised of the traits, ‘extraversion’, ‘neuroticism’ and ‘psychoticism’ whilst the 5F model contains ‘openness’, ‘conscientiousness’, ‘extraversion’, ‘agreeableness’ and ‘neuroticism’.

There are about a million - you'd be best to check with your professor or classmate. Look again in your book, maybe it will mention Behavioralism or Psychoanalysis?

Psyche means the mind... and the mind is connected to the soul... in fact the pupils of the eyes look into the soul... the soul can be full of light or darkness... you are what you think... when God puts your Soul to rest... then your mind will be at ease... Peace of Mind is what God offers... and when the mind is connected to the heart then Love can be coupled with Faith and the mind can rest in peace with the Hope that God offers...
