A choice of two things:- 1/ stay out of the heat, 2/ shave off your hair.

You have to find hairstyles that are more natural so when you do sweat its not like a drastic chage from stright to curly. You may also want to look into micros or other braids.

well honey you scalp sweats then it drips into your hair and jacks up your do that took you 2 hours to fix , well your outta luck if you sweat too much ,,,,,,,,,,,
