The people who have previously held my position did not have degrees. I think I should ask for more than they make.

Look at the Department of Labor on the internet. They list what jobs go for. PS, if it is in South Florida, cut it WAY DOWN. Jobs that go for $50,000 anywere else, go for $25,000 down here!

Around 50K in a small city and 55K in a large city (LA, NY, Boston...)
