Should appearance matter in a relationship?

I personally think that it shouldn't matter, but hey give me an answer on what you think!

    physical beauty, what you were born with absolutely should not matter, but the "stuff" having to do with appearance does to a certain extent. Put it this way; it doesn't hurt. One should keep him/herself "up" for his/her partner. If you go somewhere you shouldn't be looking like "mashed ants".

    Of course appearance matters. It's not the most important thing but it is important. You do have to have a phycial attraction towards whoever you're with. The car may run well but if it doesn't look good you don't want to drive it!

    appearance does matter to start a relationship, but if it becomes a must to carry on that relationship then I guess that relationship has lost its real meaning.

    APPEARANCE DOSE MATTER IT DOESN'T HAVE TO MAKE OR BREAK A RELATIONSHIP BUT YOU CAN BE THE NICEST PERSON IN THE WORLD BUT IF YOU STINK THEN WHO WANTS TO BE AROUND YOU

    It does matter to a point you have to be attracted to them if your not then your might get start to think the are gross.

    XXXXXXXXwe do our best to look good to try to get their attention and once we are in a relationship all forms of style changes. Yes, it's important to look good in a relationship. You want to feel good about yourself too so looking good is a plus. XXXXXXXXXXXXX
