For computer science, which one is better, univ of maryland, COLLEGE PARK or univ of Massachusetts amherst?

OR Penn state university, university park? Program quality is very important factor to me but also please consider financial aid and costs also.

Penn State is top but u have to check which campus you are going. It has lot of campuses. College Park is the also good computer sciences. All the best.

Hmmmm, they're all three good schools. I don't know about computer science in particular, but as a whole, US News ranks Penn State above the other two.
