Kobe Bryant.
He was playing a game called "Choke the girl and force yourself on her."
You get 50 points for grabbing inappropriately, 500 points for things I can't mention on here, 2,000 points for lying under oath, and an additonal 23 points for buying his retarded gold-digging wife of his a big huge pink diamond so she would stay with him.
All told, Kobe stil holds the high score in this game (previously held by Marv Albert), at 2,573 points.
But if you meant an NBA game...then yes, it's Wilt the Stilt.

Wilt Chamberlain. 100 points. 1962 in Hershey, PA. No video footage of the game exists. Obviously sports on TV have come a long way since then.
