How do I get divorced? He is in Dutch Antilles. I am in New Zealand.?

I need to do this as cheaply as possible. Neither party will contest the divorce.

A divorce goes by the laws of the country its filed in, basically all you need is his address to send the paperwork to for his signature and youre on your way. The biggest question would be is which country has the easiest divorce laws and file in that country, especially before either changes their mind.
