I still cant get my email box to switch back to the more up to date version its stcuck in the old version,HELP

Are you talking about the Mail Beta? Go into your web mail, and on the right side of the screen, it says Mail Options. Click that link, and on that page is a purple box that says: "Yahoo! Mail Beta has arrived! Try it now!". Click it.
