I've exercised for these past 2 days, is it normal for my upper back (between my shoulder blades) to be sore?

    Yes especially if you were working on your arms. It's just the lactic acid on your muscles. Stretch and do a LIGHT workout to get the pain to go away.

    That is where your "lower trapezius" is located, if you did weight training with any kind of pulling movement, bent rows, pullups, or upright rows, then that is perfectly normal.
