Pro wrestling is both real and fake, the storylines are fixed, but that's where the fakeness of wrestling stops, the physical injuries that these guys sustain and very real, but then if you think that what they do would not hurt, think of the Hell In The Cell match between Undertaker and Mankind, where Mankind got thrown off the roof of the cage and threw a table, now go climb onto your roof and throw yourself off and tell me if you come out of it unhurt.
