Help me please anyone?

I cant get my voicemail working when i open the window everything is inactive also when i send them people tellme all they get is akind of weird noise like a fax machine I did manage to send one succesful messsage but thats about it,can anyone help?And yes the mic is plugged in and turned on and turned up I maybe blonde but Im not that stupid!!!Thank you in advance,

You might have it plugged into the fax line instead of phone line; drop me a line and I can check it out for you!

short of a reboot, I'm not sure what I can suggest. you may have to go over the settings with a fine toothed comb to make sure it's all correct.

isn't technology fun? sometimes I think the Luddites were on to something!
