1. Ms. Fisher is a talented photograph who has taken pictures of many of the world's most famous actors and musicians.

2. Effective March 1, all ot staff asking for time off must submit the request from to a supervisor at least three days before the requested leave time.

    1 Ms doesn't take a period because it's not an abbreviation of any longer expression, "photograph" should be "photographer"

    2 Delete "ot" after "all" and "from" should be "form". It would be better to say: "Effective March 1, all staff requesting time off must submit their request form at least three days prior to the requested leave time."

    2. Effective 1st March - All staff asking for time off from work may submit their Request Form to a supervisor at least three days prior to the date on which time off is requested for.

    On #1, I found no grammatical error, only a wrong word: "photograph" instead of "photographer".

    On #2, there are several words that don't belong to this sentence.

    1. Change "photograph" to "photographer" and "pictures to photographs."

    2. Delete "ot" and "from."
