one of the ways is by searching in the yahoo!members directory , use this site :

http://members.yahoo.com/interests?.oc=a

and then , enter the information you know about this person , and make the search .... you may find his/her profile there .

other way : if you know that this person uses yahoo!answers , then make advanced search for questions , which is above you ,,,
