You've got two different issues here -- a clothing line & trademarks -- let's tackle one at a time.
RE: Clothing Line
The clothing industry, as you can well imagine, is a very competitive one. To succeed takes knowledge, patience, talent and a bit of luck. As far as the knowledge bit goes, I found some sources that will assist you further.
Associations may be a good avenue to explore as well. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have about the clothing industry as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.
There's nothing quite like research – the more you know about the clothing industry, the better. There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.

To register a trademark, contact either your Secretary of State for a State trademark or the US Patent & Trademark Office for a Federal trademark.
If you are only conducting business in one state, then a State trademark is most appropriate. If you conduct business in at least 2 states OR between the US & any other country, you can file for a Federal trademark.
Prior to investing your time, money & effort into a name, it is strongly advised that comprehensive research be conducted to ensure that the name you're interested in is truly available.
This entails searching the pending & registered Federal and State trademark files as well as the US National Common-Law files. Then, if clear, you can decide if you would like to file for a Federal or a State trademark.
Hope that helps! First, you need a degree in business. Most people who actually go into a business - any business - without first learning all the aspects of it (and going to school for that business degree), usually fail. School courses would answer the questions you have posed. You don't just go into business without a solid plan, a solid footing, financial backing, and a long-range realistic goal. This can take years of planning. I think you need to back up a bit and look into some solid education.

Fox doesn't invent the conspiracies, they purely record on what the democrats provide a blind eye to on an primary foundation. a million. Obama met with the top of the dep. contained in the IRS that works with tax exemptions the day before the centred on of conservative communities all started. it truly is what became stated. it truly is as a lot because the viewer to attraction to their personal conclusions. i in my view believe that if Obama did not learn about the IRS scandal till he study it contained in the papers then he's amazingly sheltered and intensely incompetent. i'm also very worried about an IRS it is keen to objective conservatives being in value of imposing some thing that has to do with healthcare. 2. The question Fox proposed after the Apple tale became better about GE no longer paying any taxes than Apple. I comprehend it isn't basic for liberals to study or pay interest to an entire tale. they purely pick to study headlines and then come to the blame Fox or blame republicans mantra.

Find a lawyer to talk to about your plans. You may want to consider an online buisness to start off with seeing as you probably dont have a store
