Loosing weight over the summer?

i have a really low self esteem, because of the fact im 13yrs old and im 5'2 and i weigh 130-135...i just bought a new swin suit and i look 16...but i dont feel great wearing it because my legs are big..and so arent my hips..everyone says i have great child bearing hips....but...i still dont like them...i am looking for ways to loose weight over the summer and keep it off....we really dont have much money...so i dont eat much anyway..but when i do its like pizza or sumthing like that..also i am an avid pepsi drinker..i know i should stop..but its the only thing that quenches my thirst. any tips would be greatly appreciated...ill put a couple pics of me on my site..... www.dezaraymerista.piczo....

    The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

    *1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.     Ha, I have "great child-bearing hips" too. I'm not overweight, but I'm not toned, and sometimes it makes me self-conscious. If you can get the money to go to a bookstore and look for a workout book, it'll keep you motivated. Also if you have friends that have a pool or something, or you like to play outside, that makes you lose weight without even feeling like you're working hard.

    It helps to be motivated though, so you first need to feel motivated. Every time you feel the need for a Pepsi, just tell yourself that you're going to be a tiny bit more fit and beautiful if you skip that Pepsi.

    Ok well first of all its ok to feel bad but try to over come it because you will learn that to succeed in life you dont need to look great in a bathing suit! Second you should really stop drinking soda and if you cant stop try to drink less of it every day. A great way to lose weight is to exercise every day try doing sit ups or walking daily. Staying active is the best way to lose weight but you also have to eat healthy practice both and i assure you you'll see differences.

    Always find a chance to move around. Do not use a vehicle if you are able to walk. Preferably run around if you have the time. Almost 70% of your calories are burned .........

    I think if you play outside, swim, ride a bike, walk anything physical will help. Walking doesn't cost anything and it's the best form of exercise. You really need to drink water. Water truly quenches your thirst. if you cut out the soda alone. You would lose weight. Something to think about!

    dont diet...that will only last untill you stop the diet. make a life change,start eating healthy and walking regularly every day for at least 30 mins to an hour.play volly ball...something to get your self moving.
