If one Siamese twin kills someone do they both go to jail?

Would they unfairly lock up the innocent guy, or let the crazy one walk the streets? Would the non killing twin get a cut sentance for being a witness?

Very funny. When a Siamese twin finally kills someone, we will know the answer to that question.

If they are siamese twins I would about wager that both go to jail. The innocent one would probably drive the guilty one crazy before their time was up, unless they were interested in surgery. Destiny

Perhaps they lock up the guilty one in a cage ontop of a set of wheels that has a seat and a motor in front for the innocent one to drive around all day.

Mr. Guilty better hope his twin doesn't eat too many beans!

Yes - but only serving half the sentence. Who's to say the innocent twin was a witness, he/she may have had a bag over their head at the time or been asleep.

Clever question! If it was in the uk, and these siamese twins were rich, then they would both get off scot free! if they are not rich then they would both be locked up, ( that's the funnyside to the question)but erm interesting?

No, because there hasn't been such someone because the "Queen of britain" for centuries. King James VI of Scotland inherited the English throne in 1603 - over 400 years in the past! - and grew to change into king of the total of serious Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and eire. We united politically a century later to kind a unmarried united us of a. on condition that then there have in person-friendly words been British kings and queens, no longer English or Scottish ones. i trust if the Queen of the united kingdom killed someone they'd conceal it up if in any respect accessible, yet when it wasn't accessible to do this they somewhat does no longer have a lot decision yet to positioned her on trial.

lol of course as they are an accessory to the murder... but then again what if the other twin reported them to the police then that could be a different scenario.... but the likelyness of the bad twin letting his attachment go to the police station is highly unlikey lol

It would be difficult for one of them to do the killing in the first place without the other agreeing.

Yes...they both go to jail because technically they both committed the crime. The other twin should stop the crime from happening.
