Hello, The term PFC, stands for Private First Class, an enlisted rand above a private (PVT) which you may also see. The rank is used in both the Army and USMC. SPC is an abbreviation of "Specialist". Used in the Army to designate a soldier who does a "technical" or Special job. The USMC does not have this rank. IF you meant SFC, that is a Sargent , first class, a Non-commissioned rank, used in the US Army, Hope this helps.

There are some Spc 5's and Spc 6's, but they are rare. Cooks are a good example.
