    When SARS broke out the year before last, Cheng Yi-Tan was accredited to Taiwan. His ideas differed to his boss, so he decided to make a business. He collected 500 thousand dollars to sell Sin kiang Barbecue with his friend’s encouragement. They originally considered that set it in the night market, but the rent money was too high. They found a booth on Zen-Ai road. Though it didn’t make huge effect of people, it still was located on the line of the masses.

When the customers lost the sense of freshness, we didn’t consume.
