最近要找工作~需要英文自傳~希望高手們能幫幫我...

我的家庭共有四位成員,母親和二位姐姐以及我,雖然我是家中年紀最小的一員,但因為父親早逝,從小我便養成獨立,不服輸卻也樂觀開朗的個性.母親扮演著嚴父慈母的角色,教育我獨立思考及判斷事物的能力,讓我面對困難也不畏懼及由各種角度看待事物,讓我成長後受用無窮.

我畢業於XXX,雖然是夜間部畢業,但是同學間學習精神絕對不遜於日間部同學.因此我在求學這兩年間學習到許多商學的知識,在大學二年的時間裡擔任過一年的班代表及一年的畢業委員,在專科學校裡擔任過副班代表及體育股長,這些在學校裡擔任幹部的經驗讓我學習到熱心助人和自我時間分配的重要性.目前日本交流協會日本語文三級合格並且繼續研讀,今年將報考二級能力檢定.學習對我來說並不只是興趣,而是將各種學習成果視為工具,所以取得各種工具以增加競爭力為當前自我進修的目標.在學校所培養的學習能力與技巧勢必將讓我未來在職場上更可以學的更多,並且我將很樂意接受更多的挑戰.

在XXX公司工作是我的第一份生產製造業經驗,因為本身穩定性良好,因此從役畢後就在公司服務了二年多.我在工作中學習到無塵室裡許多工作經驗及生產製造所要注意的事項,讓我對生產製造業非常有興趣.另外在求學時曾在許多工作場所打工,如便利商店及各種服務業,其中以在XXX工作時受益最多,因為遇到顧客抱怨時必須學習不同的處理方式和各種與顧客應對進退及良好客服態度,也學習到如何帶領新進員工快速進入工作狀況.推廣公司的新活動及新產品也是工作之一,因此對於產品行銷及推廣也有相當程度的了解.

增加工作經驗及各種能力是增加本身競爭力的好方法,而進入有前景的公司更是挑戰自我能力及考驗自我的方式.以持續不斷學習,增加工作經驗及發展良好人際關係為原則.因此現階段先吸取各種經驗去補足本身經驗不足,而後將自我能力發揮至盡善盡美,目標是取得公司及個人本身雙贏的局面.
