I am a self-starter and finisher, always putting high emphasis on quality of the job. If I need help while working alone, I will actively ask my supervisor or people who are more experienced.

As a self-starter (there's no need to add "finisher" here), I always give top priority to the quality of my task(s). However, if advice is needed while I'm working on my own, I will still take the initiative to consult my supervisor, colleagues, or anyone more experienced (anyone who knows the ropes).其實你寫的已經很OK了,其它的改寫也只是多些選擇而已!Source(s): myself

I'm a self-starter and finisher who always emphasize on the quality of work, and I never hesitate to ask for advise from surpervisors or people with more experience when I need help at work.
I hope this helps.Source(s): 7 years in US
