可以幫我修正我的文法或翻的怪怪的地方嗎?

V:恩..我曾經看過一篇報導,是顧問業者針對女性主管所提供的成功的小秘 訣。

V : well . . I had seen a report, it\'s the tips provided by consultant for woman managers to success.

V:譬如說,女性主管在傾聽別人說話時不要一直點頭。女性經常會以點頭表示自已專心傾聽,但男性會把點頭解讀為同意對方的談話內容。到時造成了誤會可就不好囉!

V : For example , they suggest that woman managers should avoid nodding while listening attentively to others . Woman usually nod to show her concentration, but this action will be defined as agree talk and cause misunderstanding from man. It’s not good by then!

V:再譬如說,在開會時不要坐立難安。研究顯示,男性進入會議室時會做出12個動作,女性動作更多達27項,不時拉拉衣服、摸摸首飾。小動作愈多會讓人低估妳的能力。

V : such as say again , do not feel uneasy whether sitting or standing while meeting. The research shows that male will make 12 movements while entering the meeting room, feminine movement reaches 27 items even more. sometimes draw the clothes , touch ornaments frequently. The more little tricks will let people underestimate your ability.

V:有阿,它還提到女性主管在與人對談時可以擴大身體語言,因為身體語言可以強化一個人的氣勢。

V : Yes, it also mentions that women managers can expand the body language while discussing. Because the body language can strengthen one\'s imposing manner(vigor?) .

V:嗯!這就對啦。先從這些小地方去改變,再加上你的實力,一定可以很快的讓其他人對你刮目相看!
