In our practice teaching, we faced to different situations and learned what we can’t learn from the book. For all the researchers, it is the special experiences to teach the young learners. At the beginning, the researchers were all worry about whether we can equal to this task or not. In fact, we don’t have experiences or have chance to inspect or learned from others, what we can do is learned from our text books or situations we faced. On the other hand, we learned and taught at the same time.
Proceeding of the activities as well as choosing the games is the most important parts. Whatever we refer to many text books, it’s hard to select which one is more suitable for four to five years old children. Hence, it’s a challenge for us to play a new game. When we are playing the rule game, we have to repeat the rules again and again until they understand. Also, we find out children have difficulty to play Ding-Dong game. For instance, we played Ding-Dong game at once and most of them looks confusing and board when they are playing. On the basis of the lesson we deduce that Ding-Dong game is too difficult for K2 students. Before practice teaching, we will practice our lesson plan first and make sure the activities can work. Besides, after practice teaching, we will discuss the improvements of lesson plan and children’s performance. Then we find out the ideas of time control between teachers’ and observers’ are different. The observers think the proceeding of activities is too hurried but the teachers. That’s because the teachers enjoy in the game as the children, but the observers watch the time oftentimes. Sometimes the joyful atmosphere in the activities will hard for teachers to end the game and control children’s emotion. That’s also another parts we should learn.

During our teaching in practice, we faced lots of situations and learned a lot of what the textbooks didn't teach us. For all the researchers, it is a special experience to teach the young students. Initially we were worried about whether we are up to this task or not as we didn’t have much experiences or the chance to observe or learn from others. What we have learned were from our textbooks or real-life situations that we have faced. On the other hand, we were learning and teaching at the same time. Planing of the activities as well as choosing the games are the most important parts. It’s hard to select any game that is suitable for four to five years olds. Hence, it’s a challenge for us to play a new game. Each time we play a new game, we have to repeat the rules until they understand. Also, we found that children have difficulty to play Ding-Dong game. For instance, we played Ding-Dong game once and most of them looked confused and bored when playing. On that basis we deduced that Ding-Dong game was too difficult for K2 students. Before each practice teaching session, we go over our plans and make sure the activities work. After each practice teaching session, we discuss the plan and children’s performance. We also found that there is a difference between the time management concepts held by the teachers and the observers. The observers thought that the activities were too hurried while the teachers disagreed. The reason was that the teachers were enjoying the game as much as the children were, but the observers were watching the time closely. Sometimes the joyful atmosphere during the activities will hard for teachers to end the game while in control of children’s emotion. That’s also another technique we should learn.Source(s): moi
