There are many benefits of exercise. First, exercise could be help to build up body strength. It strengthens bones such as making them thicker and less likely

to break. It strengthens muscles as to makes them bigger and less likely to become tired. Exercise also makes you feel more energetic since your heart and lungs work more efficiently. Therefore, exercise can prevent us from getting serious diseases such as high blood pressure and heart disease. However we need to exercise for about twenty minutes each day to reduce the risk of developing these illnesses.

Second, exercise makes people feel more relaxed and less stressed. It lets you

stresses out from your work. It gives you a brake and a time of silence to review what you’ve done. It could also bring you a lot of friends as you may meet

someone who does the same exercise as you’ve done. Moreover, you may learn more knowledge from the other area because when you were interested with something, you will find out its information to do the best. Exercise is very important

because it makes you feel relaxed. You will have a good sleep and being happy. you will enjoy life more. At the end If you love to exercise, you’ll become very slim.
