番茄炒蛋(Fied Tomato with Egg)
【材料】
番茄2個、蛋4個、蔥2根、番茄醬1大匙、糖、鹽少許。
【作法】
(1).番茄切片,蛋打散,蔥切段備用。
(2).用3大匙油將蛋炒散,凝固成塊狀續放蔥段及番茄片
拌炒,加入番茄醬等調味料,如太乾可加些水炒勻即可。
【lngredients】:
2 tomatoes, 4 eggs, 2 scallion, 1 tbsp. catsup, sugar,salt
【Method】:
(1).Slice the tomatoes,beat the eggs, chop scallion into sections.
(2).Scramble the beaten eggs,as soon as the egg mix-
ture starts to thick,add scallion,tomato slices,cat-
sup and seasoning.
