Hello, everyone my name is jamie,today my topic is dealing with stress.

today, we have a lot of stress in such a rush life.For example there are many stress from our work ,family and school life.some stress are good to us.It can improve our ability.But some stress are really bad.It can let us have a bad mood or get sick.

how to deal with stress is very important.There are many ways to deal with stress.

you can listen to music,watching tv,sleeping all day and do exercis.每當我有壓力時我就會跟朋友一起去逛街或是訴說給朋友聽和朋友們一起去唱KTV.每當這樣做的時候,我都會覺得壓力一下子就不見了.去郊外踏青,也是消除壓力的一個好方法

當我們遇到壓力時要面對壓力,適當的解除壓力,這樣才不會因為太多壓力而生病囉.希望每個人都能快樂而沒有壓力的過生活

    Hello, everyone. My name is Jamie. My topic today is "Dealing with Stress".

    In the society today, we often experience a lot of stress from our fast-paced life. For example, these stress we experience can come from our work, school and even home. However, some of these stress are good for us because it helps us to improve. On the other hand, stress can also be harmful. One can have a bad mood or fall sick from it.

    As a result, the way we deal with stress is very important. There are many ways in dealing with stress. You can either listen to some music, watch television, exercise or even sleep. Whenever I'm feeling stressed, I will go shopping or singing with my friends. Sometimes, I even share my problems with them. Taking a hike or a walk outdoors is also a good way of relieving stress. Therefore, when we are feeling stressed, we have to face it and deal with it appropriately. This way, we will not become ill so easily. I hope that everyone can live a happy and stress free life.
