Find the form of the binomial theorem in a general ring ; in other words,

find an expression for (a+b)^n ,where n is a positive integer.

因為曉圓出版社給的解答看不太懂,所以希望可以幫我詳解一下

ps (a+b)^n 是a+b的n次方

    應該就只是要把(a+b)^n給展開而已

    binomial theorem就是二項式定理

    (a+b)^n=a^n+C(n,1)*a^(n-1)*b+....+C(n,n-1)a*b^(n-1)*b^n

    =Sigma_r=0~n (C(n,r)a^(n-r)*b^r))

    這邊的Sigma_r,指的是累加,r從0,一直代到r=n

    不過我另一個同學的解答是,Ring 的 a*b不一定是 b*a

    請證明他們的交換律

    不過我還是算你對拉

    畢竟不是數學系的應該對代數學不太熟才對
