must - you use must to indicate that you think it is very important or necessary for something to happen.
Ex: What you wear should be stylish and clean, and must definitely fit well.
have to - you use 'have to' when you are saying that something is necessary or required, or must happen. (= must)
Ex: The pilots had to take emergency action to avoid a disaster.
need to - if you need to do something, you cannot successfully achieve what you want or live properly without it.
Ex: I need to make a phone call.
Clearly, if you are spending more than your income, you'll need to tighten your belt.
while 和 when 的差別?
If something happens while / when something else is happening, the two things are happening at the same time.
.....while (後接先前已發生且持續進行的動作) + was / were V-ing
Ex: My dad came home while we were doing our homework.
.....when (後接 突然 / 後來 發生的動作)
Ex: We were doing our homework when Dad came home.

when & while 僅用過去式舉例，當然也是用現在及未來式(野人獻曝)
