I don't know how good your undergraduate GPA and your GMAT score is. Sloan Management School of MIT is one of the top five management school in US. The school does not have cut-off number for GPA and GMAT, its website claims that they will make decision on case-by-case basis. The followings are the characteristics of their students:
A strong desire and ability to improve upon the status quo
A track record of success, both personally and professionally
The ability to work well with others
The final stage of your application is an interview by invitation only. That means that your application reaches advanced stage but not guarantee admisstion.
