蛋包飯

材料

蛋2個

米飯1碗

火腿一塊,切成細丁。

洋蔥1/6個,切成細丁。

蘑菇10公克,瀝乾水分之後切成薄片。

番茄醬2大匙

鹽少許

胡椒少許

沙拉油1大匙

做法

1. 蛋加鹽和胡椒打勻。

2. 油加熱後,依序加入洋蔥、米飯、火腿、蘑菇等材料翻炒。

3. 加入2大匙番茄醬拌炒,讓飯的顏色均勻,再加鹽和胡椒調味後盛起備用。

4. 油加熱後倒入蛋汁,以小火煎成蛋皮狀。

5. 將煎好的蛋皮鋪在炒好的飯上,然後加上番茄醬。

6. 盛入盤中,再淋上番茄醬,這樣就可以準備上桌了。

Tips

1.煎蛋的時候火不要太大,這樣容易焦掉。

2.如果妳不討厭吃生的東西,在煎蛋皮的時候可以一邊攪拌以免過熟,蛋皮煎至半熟的狀態也很好吃的。
