1 The mother leave her baby crying.

2 Hardly had I left the house when it began to rain.

3 It was not until I finished my work that I went home.

4 They will have to pass by many other products, some of them will end up in their carts.

Update:

    1. leave後面接的動詞形式是Ving(主動)或Ved(被動)

    2. I had hardly left the house when it began to rain.

    4. 因為句子裡少了連接辭and: They will have to pass by many other products, and some of them will end up in their carts.

不然就用關代which: They will have to pass by many other products, some of which will end up in their carts.

1 The mother leave her baby crying.

2 Hardly had I left the house when it began to rain.

I had hardly left the house when it began to rain, or

when it began to rain, I had hardly left the house -> 把時間往前調,翻成中文就比較好了解:當雨下起來時,我差點就出了門口(我還沒出門口)。

3 It was not until I finished my work that I went home.

I did not go home, until I finished my work.

4 They will have to pass by many other products, some of them will end up in their carts.

1 The mother leave her baby crying.

2 Hardly had I left the house when it began to rain.

I had left the house hardly when it began to rain.

3 It was not until I finished my work that I went home.

4 They will have to pass by many other products, some of them will end up in their carts.

They have to be passed by many other products, some of them will end up in their carts.
