b)material breakdown by percentage and value in u.s. dollors

5)this credit is transferable in which case beneficiary’s certificate of transfer is required. All transfers to be advised to us by the transferring bank

6)under no obligation on our part, we inform you that insurance to be effected by buyes

7)house airway bill acceptable

8)xx shipment to any u.s. port on ocean and to Kansas on air shipments

information purposes only: although the certificate of inspection has been signed by an T.B.C.agent, the beneficiary is still responsible for any discrepancies in the manufacturing of the merchandise as specified in nelson purchase order

documents to be presented within 10 days after date of issuance of the transport documents but within the validity of the credit.

    3) 所有貨物皆需整櫃運送 (即不可走散貨的意思) 提單上必需註明是整櫃運送

    4) 商業發票必需包含以下內容 :

    a) 證明所有貨 物及外箱皆符合美國海關規定有明確標示原產地 (即指產品上的產地標和外箱上的嘜頭

    b)材質明細以百分比表示, 價格以美元表示

    5)只要受益人提出轉讓證明, 此份信用狀即可轉讓. 所有轉讓都由轉讓銀行通知我行

    6) 保險由買方負責

    7) 可以接受House 空運提單 (House B/L 中文忘了叫什麼了, 即貨物送交Forwarder或運送人後 比方說把貨物送到運送人指定的倉庫, 不需等待裝船或裝飛機, 即先開立的提單, 就是House Bill of Landing)

    (On Board B/L 是一直要等到貨物裝船後才開出的提單)

    8) 海運可送至美國任一港口, 空運送至堪薩斯

    以下資料僅供參考:

    雖然檢驗證明是由T.B.C.的代表處簽署, 但如果商品與Nelson的訂單有任何不符之處, 瑕疵費仍由受益人負擔

    押匯文件必須在信用狀有效期內, 以及提單開立日的十日內送交押匯銀行 (transport document 即指提單的意思, issuance 是開立的日期)
