有紅單可以出國麼

請問一下，如果有欠紅單ㄉ話﹝大概3萬元﹞，可以出國嘛。因為過年要去泰國玩，急問，請知道ㄉ人幫ㄍ忙

    只欠3萬元而逾期未繳超過3個月時,即會送執行處處理,若再通知仍未繳納,

    則會移送法院處理強制執行,應是不會被限制出境.

    之網路申辦服務選項下之06項之

    "有戶籍國民以自然人憑證查詢有無被限制出國"

    即可知道是否有被限制出境了!

    ???...先繳完罰單再出國啊....

    3萬還在法定額度之下 , 所以不會限制出境
